Star Ingredients:
Palma Rosa: A sweet and rose-like scent that is calming and refreshing. Palmarosa helps calm the mind and has an uplifting effect. It is beneficial for stress, anxiety and nervous exhaustion and can also help reassure and comfort.
Rose Geranium: Balancing and mood boosting properties make Rose Geranium really helpful for stress related conditions, anxiety, fluctuating emotions, and postnatal depression. Super effective in lifting the spirits.
Neroli: Extremely relaxing, calming and uplifting. Reduces feelings of extreme nervousness so beneficial for strengthening the spirit. Extreme agitations can also be curtailed because neroli essential oil helps in controlling palpations of the heart and making them rhythmic, which helps in reducing panic attacks and fear.
Pink: A powerful colour, psychologically. It represents the feminine principle, and survival of the species; it is nurturing and physically soothing and reassuring.
