We ship UK and worldwide.
Free postage on all UK orders of £60 and over (inc VAT).
Free postage on all International orders of £90 and over (inc VAT)
For all other orders, as you go through the checkout process your total postage and packaging costs will be calculated via item weight and size. We send our goods by Royal Mail First Class Signed For, Royal Mail Second Class Signed For or Fedex (please choose either service at checkout). All international shipments will be sent Royal Mail Recorded Signed For or Fedex. Please note all our shipping methods require a signature on receipt of delivery so we are unable to mark packages to be left in designated safe place.
- Delivery Schedule
All our items are handmade to order; we aim to dispatch between 2-3 working days from order receipt.
Standard delivery schedule from despatch - these may vary during Royal Mail busy times:
UK orders 1st Class - approx. 1-3 working days
UK orders 2nd Class - approx. 2-4 working days
EU orders - approx. 3-5 working days
Rest of World - approx. 4-7 working days
We offer a UK next day service via Fedex; orders that are received before midday will be sent the same day.

We have incorporated IOSS tax regime so the price quoted as you check out will automatically be inclusive of local tax; there will be no hidden charges when your order arrives. Please contact us if you'd like further clarification.
Is via Shopify or Paypal and can be made with any major credit or debit card. We must receive full, cleared payment for an order before we despatch the goods. All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we won't be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
We really don't want to add to landfill as we love our planet, so the vast majority of our products have a refill service which means the packaging can be re-used forever. We send all items out in biodegradable jiffy bags, paper protective packaging and tape to ensure a more environmentally friendly postal service. We are constantly striving to be as green as we can so further improvements will be made along the way.
Please note that biodegradable refill packs for the lip balm compact collection can now be ordered separately. Items from the vintage and jewellery collections will need to be sent back to us for refilling. Please do not remove the plastic inserts when ordering refills as the lip balm refill will fit inside. Skincare refills are in biodegradable packs and can be ordered from individual product pages.

All sale items are not eligible for any discounts or promotions.
- Refund Policy
If you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods you will receive a full refund or replacement if returned within 28 days of the date of the invoice. We will be responsible for paying costs of returning the items to us in this case.
You may exchange or have a refund on all goods, providing they are sealed and unopened and in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of the original purchase. Customers in this instance are responsible for paying full costs of returning items to us.
Please send all returned items with a proof of purchase (in the instance where you have no receipt, we will be happy to offer an exchange). This does not affect your statutory rights.
