  • Payment

Is via Payment Sense and can be made with any major credit or debit card. We must receive full, cleared payment for an order before we despatch the goods.  All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we won't be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

 

 

  • Shipping

Free postage on all UK orders of £45 and over (inc VAT).

For all other orders, as you go through the checkout process your total postage and packaging costs will be calculated via item weight. We send our goods by Royal Mail First Class recorded so a signature will be needed before delivery is made. We ship internationally too. All international shipments will be sent Royal Mail Recorded Signed For. Please note that all our shipping methods require a signature on receipt of delivery so we are unable to mark packages to be left in designated safe place.

 

 

  • Delivery Schedule

Christmas Delivery 2016 - Final UK Shipping date for Christmas is Tuesday 20th December 2016. All orders received after 12pm on Tuesday 20th will be dispatched week commencing 3rd January 2017.

Delivery schedule outside Christmas period - We aim to dispatch goods within 3 working days and expect delivery to be within 1-2 working days (International delivery times will vary). If an item is needed urgently, then please contact us at hello@andreagarland.co.uk and we can expediate delivery. 

 

 

  • Vintage products

The vintage tins, compacts and pill boxes are often one offs and consequently stock will continually change as it's sold. If a vintage item has been sold then the 'buy' option will not be available. The wonderful uniqueness of these products mean that items listed are totally random. All packaging is cleaned and sterilised (and lined where appropriate) before being filled. Please note that as items are vintage, they can show superficial signs of wear and age.

 

  • Refund Policy

If you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods you will receive a full refund or replacement if returned within 28 days of the date of the invoice. We will be responsible for paying costs of returning the items to us in this case.

You may exchange or have a refund on all goods, providing they are sealed and unopened and in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of the original purchase.  Customers in this instance are responsible for paying costs of returning items to us.

Please send all returned items with a proof of purchase (in the instance where you have no receipt, we will be happy to offer an exchange). This does not affect your statutory rights.
