Our Story

Andrea Garland began in 2010 with a market stall in East London, a love of vintage treasures, gentle skincare and a belief that beautiful things should be made to last.

From the very beginning, our products were refillable. In those early days, customers sent their empty compacts back to us to be refilled. It was a simple idea that has remained at the heart of Andrea Garland ever since.

Today, we’re an independent, woman-led business, still making our products, by hand, in small batches in our Hackney studio.

Vintage continues to inspire us. We love giving beautiful old objects a new purpose, while creating beautifully designed compacts with a vintage feel for our lip balms — made to be refilled, reused and treasured.

Everything we make is designed to be beautiful, useful, made to last — and, hopefully, make you smile.
